The Intensive program is designed or the experienced dancer. This 4 day program will contain all the dance disciplines, but will also include Yoga, Pilates, Floor Barre, Progressions, Tumbling and Zumba.
This program is designed to challenge the students with 5 hours of instruction daily.They will learn new choreography and dance styles while keeping them moving and active through the summer.
The Dance Camp will run July 23-26th from 10 am - 3:45 pm and the cost is $200 + hst. Dancers should bring lunch, a beverage and a healthy snack for morning break.

3/4 yr olds - July 21-Aug 11th - 10am - 1030 am. Four Saturday classes that are 30 minutes long. Introduce your child to dance in this fun themed class. $30 + hst
5/6 yr olds July 21-Aug 11th - 1040am - 1140 am. Four Saturday classes that are 1 hour long. Introduce your child to dance in this fun themed class. Each class will explore the different types of dance. $45 + hst
5-8 yr olds Weekday Dance Camp - July 23 - July 27th- 10 am to noon- 2 hours a day. The students will explore different varieties of dance. $85 + hst

8 week sessions -New session starts April 14, 2012 - Saturday 10 am to 1030 - for $60+hst.
This class will involve basic movement skills in a "Princess" themed class.

ADC Mission Optimist Winners 2012
The annual Mission Optimist Youth Talent Show was held this past Saturday at the Clarke Theatre.

The Abbotsford Dance Center takes participants of all ages, shapes and sizes, with many having aspirations to one day perform with Cirque du Soleil. The Globe and Mail's staff photographer John Lehmann spent time recently with a class that soars almost as high as its lofty goals.
