The four pillars of the Twinkle Star Dance Program are Skill Building, Center Movement, Just for Fun and Showtime. Together they form the foundation of exceptions dance training and the developmental benefits go far beyond the dance studio.

Competitive Team and
Company Dance Team

At ADC we like to have a balanced view on Competitions and the effect that they have on our dancers. Competitions are wonderful for giving the dancer more opportunities on stage, and allowing them to be adjudicated on their performance. In an effort to not interfere with their school curriculum, we will only do 3 dance competitions throughout the year as a ``Whole Studio``. We try our utmost to select the competitions that are the most affordable, are fairly local and do not require the children to miss large amounts of regular school.

My Husband and I travelled from Ontario. For 3 years we were attempting to come for our Granddaughters' dance recital and every time COVID got in the way. Nothing was going to stop us this time and in March we booked our flights. You see we have never seen a recital before, and the girls spoke of it constantly. As grandparents of these beautiful girls we sat by our computer for competitions even with a 3 hr time change. We wanted to be there in person this time. I am writing you to make sure that you know what it meant to us of the commitment and dedication you have for these children. It was abundantly obvious. Your program ran smoothly and quickly changed up between dances. We attended the whole afternoon and evening show. Allow us to pass on our congratulations for a job so we’ll done.

Hi, I just wanted to say, the performance in Abbotsford was FANTASTIC, all the dancers were fabulous, I really enjoyed the show, great job to the staff and teachers, you are excellent and my Granddaughter is really turning into a fine young lady... and building grace and confidence, Thank You All.... Ava had her first class this morning and I just wanted to share how unbelievably impressed I was with the program. The instructor was engaging and quick to use names. The program itself was seamless and kept the kids moving with a good variety of movement and transitions. And the props were a great addition. As a primary teacher I fully understand the need to over plan and be prepared/organized to keep a group of young children meaningfully engaged and that was definitely the case this morning. Great job everyone who was involved in making it happen. We can’t wait for next week!

Abbotsford Dance Centre is like a second home to us. Dancing here has truly been a wonderful experience for my daughters. They have been dancing at ADC for 10 years. Beginning in the parent and tot classes at 2 years old and now competing in multiple styles of dance. The teachers are caring and encouraging and provide opportunities for them to challenge themselves to reach their full potential. My daughters have grown in confidence, self-esteem, have developed a love of dance and have made amazing friendships that will last a lifetime. I feel very lucky to be part of a great dance studio.
